Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund (minus any transactional and processing expenses) if you have completed less than 30% of the PENTAGONBRIEF and you are still not satisfied with the process.

    • Check your completion percentage from the completion bar at the top of your PENTAGONBRIEF, or from your My account page.

    • Any transactional expenses are deducted from the refund amount, according to Stripe’s Refund Policy
      We use Stripe as payment gateway

    • Continuous refunds are not accepted!

Refund Process

You can get a refund by choosing your reason(s) in the below Refund Form, and within just 14 calendar days, you’ll see your money safely back in your original payment account, as long as you haven completed less than 30% of the process.
