Who is the Data Controller for my data?
The Data Controller for your data is the company “PENTAGONbrief SINGLE MEMBER P.C.”, a company lawfully incorporated under the laws of Greece, with registered address at 51, Dimosthenous str., 11142, Athens, Greece (hereinafter “the Company”).
For which purposes are my data used?
To provide you with our services, according to the Terms of Use of the platform of the Company, based on the contract we have with you or based on the precontractual steps taken by you.

Who we share your data with
With Microsoft, in order to contact you through email.
With our website hosts “Stin Priza Koin.Sep”, lawfully registered under the laws of Greece (VAT number: 997402153), with address at 36, Nileos str., Athens, Greece.
With our payment service provider “Stripe Technology Europe, Limited” which has its principal place of business at The One Building, 1, Lower Grand Canal Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. No Payment Service is provided by the PENTAGONBRIEF. We share only payment related data with Stripe.
With our e-invoicing service provider company “SYSCODE O.E.”, with registered address at El. Venizelou 113, Nea Ionia, 14231, Greece, which provides us with the software used by our accounting department. SYSCODE uses Softone Technologies as their sub-processor for this processing. We share only payment related data with SYSCODE.
The above-mentioned companies act as data processors and are bound by strict confidentiality and data processing clauses.
We shall also transmit your data related to your transactions to the competent tax authority. We may also share your data with the competent police, judicial, independent or other state authorities if requested by them to do so under their mandate.
We will also use anonymized data for research purposes. We may share such anonymized data with our third-party collaborators, such as academia and research institutions.
Where is my data stored and for how long?
The data collected by our platform and your transaction data is stored in the European Union, at “Stin Priza Koin.Sep” and Microsoft infrastructure. Therefore, it is always protected under the EU legislation.
We retain your account data until you ask us to delete it.
We retain your transaction data for 15 years to comply with our legal obligations towards the Tax authorities.
We retain your data regarding messages you send us until you ask us to delete it.
We retain data related to your answers to our questionnaire for 5 years for potential legal claims.

How long we retain your data
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
